    i bought an Ipad Air from Westfield Stratford branch 3 hours ago. Since i was inside the mall already so decided to get the screen protector for it worth £30. When i got back home and tried switching the Ipad on it kept giving me an error of “Recovery Error”. So immediately called them to ask them for help but they said i have to come to the store again. Went back to the store immediately (mind you i live quite far away) and the staff’s behaviour was very unprofessional and sarcastic. When i explained the situation one of the employees said “you should have checked the ipad before putting the cover on”. When i am buying an £800 device from Apple it shouldn’t be a concern that the product might not work. They said they can replace the Ipad but they aren’t liable for the screen protector (fair enough). I asked them if one of the employees could come with me to the other store to switch the protector from one ipad to the other, the lady replied “we aren’t responsible for sending anyone with you, it’s not our product”. Asked me to take off the protector in store. I removed it thinking i’ll just take the protector and the new Ipad to the store downstairs to get the protector on the new Ipad. When i did, the manager came back saying they can’t replace the Ipad as i my husband got it on financing he had to be there. They could have told me this earlier. They wasted my time, travel expense and the £30 i spend on the protector. Additionally, the 3 people i spoke to were extremely rude, making sarcastic comments and looking at each other mockingly while talking to me. Thisis not what i expected from an Apple Store experience. They need serious training on customer service as evident from the other reviews of this store as well.

    I had a really great experience at the Apple Store in Stratford today, and I especially want to thank a staff member named Agit. He was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the whole process. I ran into a few difficulties today, but he explained everything clearly and helped me solve each issue step by step without ever making me feel uncomfortable or stressed. Even when I felt a bit embarrassed about the situation, he remained thoughtful, understanding, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to meet someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also so patient and considerate with customers. I truly appreciate all his help today. Highly recommend, and thank you again Agit!

    I have visited the Stratford City Apple Store around four to five times, and I’m writing this review based on those experiences. The service is usually quick and efficient, which is a positive point. However, I often found the staff not very supportive or compassionate when customers had different issues or needed extra help. Some staff members were straightforward, and sometimes they were correct in what they said, but the overall attitude did not feel very welcoming or understanding. There were also situations where things got stuck or could not be resolved smoothly, and the support from staff was limited. I think the customer experience would improve a lot with more patience, kindness, and better communication from the team.

    I want to leave a review of my repair experience. I had reason to bring my laptop in last week because my spacebar key was not working as it should, and though the first attempt at replacing it, did not last long (two days)-the Apple technician who served me could not have been nicer. However, I had to bring my laptop back today to show them the failed repair, and within 30 mins. I was all done, with another new spacebar key. I'd like to give special mention to Tadeo, who assured me that when he replaced my spacebar key today, all the clips were snapped into place properly and securely and I shouldn't have the same problem again. As I was waiting for Tadeo to work on my laptop, Jack reassured me that all would be OK even if I had to leave the laptop with them overnight, etc. All in all, they were very helpful, and very reassuring. Here's hoping I don't have reason to come back for a repair anytime soon:).

    My name is Kirtan Patel. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from a staff member named Luri. I explained that I was having difficulty understanding due to language barriers and requested some patience and support. However, he responded very rudely, saying that he had already spent 15 minutes and could not speak with my brother on the phone to explain the issue. I found this behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service staff should be patient, understanding, and helpful, especially when a customer is trying to explain a problem. Additionally, I have already given my phone to the Stratford Apple Store for repair three times, and my phone is still not working properly. The issues remain exactly the same. Phone calls are not working, I cannot use my apps properly, and I am unable to make important bank payments. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience and stress. It seems that the phone was not properly checked before being handed back to me. I am now extremely tired and frustrated with the poor customer service and repeated failed repairs from Apple Stratford. I would like to make an official complaint and request a replacement phone, as the repair attempts have clearly not resolved the issue. I also strongly believe the staff need better customer service training, especially in how to deal with customers politely and patiently. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible.
